1. Damage from shipping is a common occurrence when importing live plants, but it's important to note that the likelihood of damage is very low. If you feel uncertain or are not willing to take on the risks, please consider canceling your order or refraining from placing an order altogether. We are dedicated to carefully packaging our products and taking measures to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Nevertheless, we offer this option as a precaution if you feel it is necessary. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
2. If there are permanent damages, please do not worry, we will be responsible, prepare the proof of damages such as photos and videos of the damaged plants, and send them to our email support@plantsnet.id
3. Reporting cases to PayPal will delay the problem-solving further, so please remain calm, contact us, and be patient if any problem occurs, we will reach out to you as soon as possible after claims are made
4. Resend is also eligible for those who have sufficient evidence of damages and can only be processed if all the requirements are met. There will be a $55 shipping fee for the resend, but it is negotiable under certain conditions. Please contact us for more information.
   Please note that a resend can be requested a maximum of one time per order to ensure fair and responsible use of this option.
5. The cancellation deadline for orders is 3 days after the order has been placed. However, in specific circumstances, such as when certification documents and laboratory test results are pending, we will entertain cancellation requests.
6. All forms of import fee, taxes, and duty fees are out of our control; it is charged by the courier and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We will not take any liability for any problem in regard to the taxes.
